Partnership Levels Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
- Partnership Level eligibility is determined based on total quarterly sales (July to September Q1, October to December Q2, January to March Q3, April to June Q4.)
- In the event of a Partnership Level upgrade or downgrade, it is important to note that associated benefits shall not be retroactively applied to previous orders. These benefits shall exclusively apply to orders placed from the date of qualification onward.
Trip Charges
- Trip charges are applied as account credits and shall not be issued as refunds.
- Trip charge coverage is for TWO-responsible claims only and does not extend to dealer-responsible claims.
Backed by TWO
- Backed by TWO’s policy parameters are the same across all levels, including those with extended terms.
Product Discounts
- Product discounts will be added at invoicing and do not apply to shipping or Made 2 Freight.
- Product discounts are ineligible for sampling purchases and may not be combined with the Oops! Discount for remakes.
Payment Terms
- Payment terms across all levels require a 50% deposit with varying balance due dates contingent upon level classification.
- Payment terms are not applied retroactively to any orders when the Partnership Level is changed.
- Balance payments for customers with terms commencing from the delivery date, or availability for pick-up at a TWO location.
- Payment terms are extended to dealers who provide the required information on account opening and are subject to overall credit limits. Customers who do not wish to provide this information can continue to hold an account with TWO with Full Payment Upfront terms.
Oops! Discount
- Oops! Discounts shall revert to the standard 10% discount upon reaching the maximum amount amount for the qualifying level.
- The percentage and maximum amount of the Oops! Discount are determined by the Partnership Level qualification at the time of the remake.
Other
- TWO retains the discretion to modify the features of the Partnership Levels at any time, provided prior written notification is provided.
- TWO reserves the right to downgrade Partnership Level qualification should an account be deemed not in good standing.
